New Recipient -Street Medicine San Antonio

Exciting day as we add Street Medicine San antonio as recipient of surplus wound care supplies. The mission of SMSA support the physical, mental, and spiritual health of vulnerable populations through connection, intervention, and education. They provide patient-centered care, starting with meeting the patient where they are – both literally and metaphorically. Medical students from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Medicine, is flagship partner of SMSA, and now joined by TIGMER psychiatry residents, UT Health San Antonio internal medicine residents and nursing students, among other local programs.
Thank you Dr Mark Antonacci for receiving the supplies.
